Payment terms, fees, and billing schedules are outlined in your individual Credit Repair Service Agreement. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You agree to pay all fees as outlined in your service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel your Credit Repair Service Agreement within 3 business days of signing, as required by the CROA. After the 3-day cancellation period, you may cancel services at any time by providing written notice. No refunds will be issued for services already performed prior to cancellation. Details regarding cancellation procedures are outlined in your individual service agreement.
8. Client Responsibilities
To receive effective service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
- Respond to communications and requests for documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain active credit monitoring as recommended (e.g., SmartCredit)
- Not engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity related to your credit
- Inform us of any changes to your contact information or financial situation that may affect services
